With the following privacy policy, we inform you about the types of your personal data we process, for what purposes and to what extent. This privacy policy applies to all processing of personal data carried out by us, both in the provision of our services and in particular on our websites as well as within external online presences such as our social media profiles.

Purpose of data processing

We process personal data exclusively for the following purposes: provision and operation of this website, processing of purchases and memberships via the Whop platform, affiliate tracking for commission attribution, and compliance with legal obligations. Data is only shared with third parties as described in this policy.

Applicable legal bases

Applicable legal bases under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection: If you are located in Switzerland, we process your data on the basis of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (Swiss FADP). The processing of personal data is carried out in good faith, is lawful and proportionate (Art. 6 para. 1 and 2 of the Swiss FADP). Personal data is only collected for a specific purpose that is identifiable to the data subject (Art. 6 para. 3 of the Swiss FADP).

Security measures

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of protection appropriate to the risk. Transmission is encrypted via TLS/SSL (HTTPS).

Cookies and tracking

This website uses no cookies, no web-analytics service (e.g. Google Analytics, Matomo, Meta Pixel) and no advertising or profiling tracking. No data is stored in localStorage or sessionStorage on your device. The only technically processed data are server-side access logs (see "Web Hosting"). Fonts and scripts are loaded exclusively from our own server; no third-party external resources are embedded. Affiliate links to third parties are only invoked by active click.

Web Hosting (Infomaniak)

This website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias, Geneva, Switzerland. When the page is accessed, technical access data (IP address, browser type, date/time) is stored in server log files. This data is technically necessary for the operation, security and stability of the site and is deleted after 30 days at the latest. Servers are located in Switzerland. Legal basis: Art. 31 para. 2 lit. b Swiss FADP (overriding legitimate interest); for EU users Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website). Fonts (self-hosted)

This website uses the fonts Syne, DM Sans, Space Mono and Caveat (Google Fonts, Open Font License). The font files are served exclusively from our own server (10x-analytics.ch). No connection is made to Google servers (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com), and no IP address is transmitted to Google.

Newsletter / Email marketing (MailerLite)

We use MailerLite to manage our email marketing subscriber list and to send emails to our subscribers. MailerLite is a third-party provider, which may collect and process your data using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our newsletter. Affiliate links

This website contains affiliate links to third parties (SwissBorg, Bitpanda, Coinbase, WEEX, Tangem, TradingView, CoinTracking, ChartScout, InvestingPro, Wise, N26). If you follow such a link, a commission may arise. The respective third parties process data in accordance with their own privacy policies. Commission attribution is used solely for billing purposes and is deleted once it is no longer needed.

When clicking on affiliate or internal links, URL parameters (so-called UTM tags, e.g. ?utm_source=10xanalytics&utm_campaign=index-hero) may be transmitted. These serve solely for source and commission attribution at the destination provider (e.g. Whop, affiliate partner). These are pure URL parameters that set no cookies and store no data on your device. No personal data is collected or logged by us in this process.

Social media profiles

We maintain profiles on the following platforms: YouTube (Google Ireland Limited), X/Twitter (X Internet Unlimited Company, Ireland), TikTok (TikTok Technology Limited, Ireland). When visiting these profiles, the respective privacy policies of the platforms apply. User data may be processed outside the EU.

Commercial services (Whop)

Purchases and memberships are processed via the Whop platform (Whop Inc., USA). In doing so, Whop processes personal data (name, email, payment data) in accordance with its own privacy policy: whop.com/privacy. We receive only the data necessary for the provision of services. Data is stored by Whop for the duration of the business relationship and in accordance with applicable legal retention periods. As Whop is based in the USA, data is transferred to the United States. This transfer is based on the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF), which has been in force since 15 September 2024 and ensures an adequate level of data protection for certified US companies.

Under the Swiss FADP (Art. 25 et seq.) and additionally the GDPR (Art. 15 et seq.) you have the following rights:
