With the following privacy policy, we inform you about the types of your personal data we process, for what purposes and to what extent. This privacy policy applies to all processing of personal data carried out by us, both in the provision of our services and in particular on our websites as well as within external online presences such as our social media profiles.

We process personal data exclusively for the following purposes: provision and operation of this website and the 10X-App (account, notifications, unlocking 10X-Trading), processing of purchases and memberships via the Whop platform, affiliate tracking for commission attribution, and compliance with legal obligations. Data is only shared with third parties as described in this policy.
Applicable legal bases under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection: If you are located in Switzerland, we process your data on the basis of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (Swiss FADP). The processing of personal data is carried out in good faith, is lawful and proportionate (Art. 6 para. 1 and 2 of the Swiss FADP). Personal data is only collected for a specific purpose that is identifiable to the data subject (Art. 6 para. 3 of the Swiss FADP).
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of protection appropriate to the risk. Transmission is encrypted via TLS/SSL (HTTPS).
This website uses no cookies, no web-analytics service (e.g. Google Analytics, Matomo, Meta Pixel) and no advertising or profiling tracking.
In the interactive dashboard area, your browser's local storage (localStorage) is used exclusively for functional purposes: to cache retrieved market data, to remember your progress in the setup checklist and a watchlist you compile yourself, and to hide notices you have already dismissed. This data remains exclusively on your device, is not transmitted to us or any third party and is not used for tracking. You can delete it at any time via your browser settings.
The only server-side processed data are technical access logs (see "Web Hosting"). Fonts and scripts are loaded from our own server. External content is only loaded after an action by you: YouTube videos only after you click play, and Whop's checkout only when you buy (see "10X-App"). Affiliate links to third parties are only invoked by active click.
This website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias, Geneva, Switzerland. When the page is accessed, technical access data (IP address, browser type, date/time) is stored in server log files. This data is technically necessary for the operation, security and stability of the site and is deleted after 30 days at the latest. Servers are located in Switzerland. Legal basis: Art. 31 para. 2 lit. b Swiss FADP (overriding legitimate interest); for EU users Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website). This website uses the fonts Syne, IBM Plex Sans, DM Sans, Space Mono and Caveat (Open Font License). The font files are served exclusively from our own server (10x-analytics.ch). No connection is made to Google servers (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com), and no IP address is transmitted to Google.
This website contains affiliate links to third parties (e.g. SwissBorg, Bitget, Bybit, Kraken, Binance, WEEX, Tangem, Ledger, Trezor, OneKey, XTB, Coinbase, TradingView, CoinTracking, ChartScout, Wise, N26 and others). If you follow such a link, a commission may arise. The respective third parties process data in accordance with their own privacy policies. Commission attribution is used solely for billing purposes and is deleted once it is no longer needed.
When clicking on affiliate or internal links, URL parameters (so-called UTM tags, e.g. ?utm_source=10xanalytics&utm_campaign=index-hero) may be transmitted. These serve solely for source and commission attribution at the destination provider (e.g. Whop, affiliate partner). These are pure URL parameters that set no cookies and store no data on your device. No personal data is collected or logged by us in this process.
We maintain profiles on the following platforms: YouTube (Google Ireland Limited) and X/Twitter (X Internet Unlimited Company, Ireland). When visiting these profiles, the respective privacy policies of the platforms apply. User data may be processed outside the EU.
Purchases and memberships are processed via the Whop platform (Whop Inc., USA). In doing so, Whop processes personal data (name, email, payment data) in accordance with its own privacy policy: whop.com/privacy. We receive only the data necessary for the provision of services. Data is stored by Whop for the duration of the business relationship and in accordance with applicable legal retention periods. As Whop is based in the USA, data is transferred to the United States. This transfer is based on the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF), which has been in force since 15 September 2024 and ensures an adequate level of data protection for certified US companies.
The 10X-App (10x-analytics.ch/app) is a web app without cookies. Settings, watchlist, notes and progress are kept in your device's local storage (localStorage).
Sign-in with Whop: When you sign in, Whop provides us with your Whop ID, name, username, profile picture, email address and your membership (10X-Insider, 10X-Insider Pro, 10X-Indicator). We store this data, a session token and your watchlist, notes, My Portfolio, saved items, Research-Credits and 10X-Academy progress on our server (Infomaniak, Switzerland) so they are the same on all your devices. Whop access tokens are discarded after sign-in. When you buy in the app, Whop's checkout is embedded (script from js.whop.com); Whop's privacy policy applies.
Notifications: If you turn on notifications, we store the push address your browser issues for this and the topics you choose, together with your account if you are signed in. Delivery runs through your browser vendor's push service (e.g. Apple, Google). Turning notifications off deletes the push address.
Participation and forms: Polls, 10X-Scouts, feedback and forms (e.g. 10X-Trading with Kraken Public Account ID, on the website with Kraken UID and Telegram name, free month with email address or XTB Login ID) are stored with the details you enter so we can process them. Votes are linked to your account or a random ID of your device so that each person votes only once. In the 10X-Community, your display name may be visible to other members for submitted finds and in rankings. Whether you may be named in a video is up to you in the app.
10X-Trading and Kraken affiliate program: To unlock 10X-Trading for free, you enter your Kraken Public Account ID. We automatically match it against the list of accounts opened at Kraken (Payward group) via our partner link. We retrieve this list via Kraken's partner interface and store only irreversible check values (hashes) of the account identifiers, no trading or account data. If an account holder has declined data sharing at Kraken, we receive no identifier; we then check manually. Legal basis: Art. 31(1) Swiss FADP or Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (providing the unlock you requested).
Videos: Videos in the app and on this website are hosted on YouTube (Google Ireland Limited) and embedded via youtube-nocookie.com. A connection to YouTube is only made when you tap or click play. From then on, Google's privacy policy applies (policies.google.com/privacy), and a transfer to the USA is possible. Legal basis: your consent by playing the video (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Content created with AI: Some content, e.g. short texts about new coins, is created with an AI service (Anthropic, USA). No personal data of yours is transmitted in the process.
Chat in 10X-Intelligence: When you ask a question in the chat of the 10X-App, we send the text of your question and the latest messages of the conversation to the AI service Anthropic (USA) to create the answer. We do not send your name, email address or account ID. For quality assurance, we only store technical details about the question (time, language, type of question), not its text and without reference to your account, for 30 days and then delete them automatically. Please do not enter personal data in the chat.
Usage statistics: The app counts how it is used, without cookies and without any identifier: per day the number of active devices (by membership and whether used as an app or in the browser), new devices, opened sections, sign-ins and purchases, and clicks on partner links. Only daily totals are stored, no IP address and no device or personal identifier. No conclusions about individual persons are possible. Short links in our video descriptions (10x-analytics.ch/v/…) likewise only count the total number of clicks. Legal basis: Art. 31(1) Swiss FADP or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in improving our service).
Storage period: We store app account data for as long as you use the app. On request by email, we delete your account together with the stored data, subject to statutory retention obligations. Form entries are deleted once they are no longer needed for processing and proof (e.g. of a free month granted). Push addresses are deleted when you turn notifications off or when the push service reports them as invalid.
