Our services may only be used by persons aged 18 or older. By purchasing a membership, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Membership access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials, allowing multiple users to access one account, or passing access on to third parties is prohibited. In case of suspected account sharing, we reserve the right to suspend access or terminate the membership without refund.
You agree to use the provided content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Redistribution, publication, or commercial use is prohibited without prior written consent.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform or the provided content. Parts of our services are provided through third-party platforms such as Whop. We are not responsible for their technical availability or policies.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at any time in case of a violation of these terms or if the integrity of the platform is at risk.
You can use the 10X-App (www.10x-analytics.ch/app) with a free account (10X-Insider) via Whop. We may develop, change or discontinue the scope and features of the free and paid memberships. A claim to specific features exists only within a paid membership and for its term. The app only sends notifications to your device if you turn them on, and you can turn them off at any time. To unlock 10X-Trading for free, we match your Kraken Public Account ID against our Kraken affiliate program.
In the 10X-Community you can, among other things, submit finds, vote and make forecasts. Your display name may be visible to other members. You grant 10X-Analytics a simple, free, worldwide and perpetual right to use and discuss your contributions in the app, on the website and in videos. You will only be named in a video if you allow this in the app. Contributions must not infringe third-party rights, must not be offensive or misleading and must not contain advertising or calls to buy. We may hide or delete contributions without giving reasons.
By using our services, you agree to these terms. We may amend these terms. We will inform you of material changes in advance, and for ongoing memberships they apply from the next renewal. This agreement is governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is Zurich, Switzerland.
This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 10X-Analytics. By purchasing or using any digital content, e.g. PDF analyses, scorings, video access, Whop memberships or the 10X-App, you agree to the following terms.
10X-Analytics grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the provided content solely for private and non-commercial purposes.
You may not resell, reproduce, publicly distribute, alter, or make the content available to third parties. Any redistribution, publication, or commercial use is prohibited without prior written permission. This applies in particular to analyses and scorings, indicator data points, video content, and community materials. Automated extraction, scraping, or systematic analysis of the content in order to reproduce it outside the platform is also prohibited.
All content remains the intellectual property of 10X-Analytics. This agreement does not transfer ownership rights to the user.
The provided content is intended solely for informational and educational purposes. It expressly does not constitute financial or investment advice and cannot replace such advice. All investments are made at the user's own risk.

Violation of these license terms will result in automatic termination of the license without notice. Legal action may be taken.

By purchasing a membership from 10X-Analytics via Whop, you agree to the following refund policy. Please read it carefully before completing a purchase.
As access to exclusive digital content, analyses, and indicator data points is granted immediately after purchase, there is no right to a refund. By purchasing, you expressly request the immediate provision of the full scope of services and acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content made immediately available thereby expires. This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal under section 5, as long as it has not expired.
Refunds are only granted in exceptional cases, specifically where a technical issue permanently prevents access and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe. Please contact our support within 48 hours of the issue occurring via the contact details provided on our website.
Refunds due to investment losses or based on the subjective assessment of the quality of analyses or data points are expressly excluded. All content serves informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.
Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled through the platform before the end of the current billing period. There is no right to a pro-rata refund for billing periods already charged.
Right of withdrawal: If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Marius Keller, 10X-Analytics, c/o Frey Services, Eggstrasse 14f, 8134 Adliswil, Switzerland, email: business@10x-analytics.ch) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. If you requested that performance begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportionate to what has been provided until you informed us of your withdrawal.
Expiry of the right of withdrawal: For contracts for digital content, the right of withdrawal expires once we have begun providing the content after you expressly agreed that we begin before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. You give this consent and acknowledgement with the mandatory confirmation at checkout.
